At last check....

-Once the disk group and luns are created use the "Failover Setup
Wizard" in Navisphere > Tools Menu. Select Clairion Open, Commpath
enabled and Failover type 2.
-Failover Mode 2 Must be enabled, Right Click highest level array >
Connectivity Status > Group Edit > Initiator Type CLARiiON "Failover
Mode 2"=20

Maybe we need to refer to "Failover Mode 2" as "Initiator Type CLARiiON.

There is. This just means we do not support PowerPath and we do not
understand Primary and Secondary SP Paths. =20

The Fail Over settings are found using Navisphear in the properties of
the LUN. Should be in the Advance Tab or Failover Tab if my EMC memory
still works.=20

Hello Guys,

We suggested that a customer change the settings on his EMC CX3-20 to
Auto Failover enabled Failure Mode 2 as stated on the compatibility
matrix. The customer contacted EMC for support, but they responded
with: "There is no such thing as Auto Failover enabled Failure Mode 2".

What now? =20

His last comment was: "To this end I think we need a better
understanding of the Bobcat driver model."

Regards,
Mauricio
